Return/Refund Policy

At Hona CBD, our mission is to Empower Your Health Journey  with premium quality hemp-derived products and personalized service. To ensure the best experience, we have established the following return policy:


Purchases made through our website at www.honawellness.com.com can be returned within 15 days of delivery of the product. Due to the nature of our products and the varying effects of CBD on each individual, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed based on the situation. We reserve the right to verify any claims of damage or defect and may request photographic evidence or require the product be returned for inspection. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, if it is found to be damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

Shipping Charges

We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a return, we will work with you to resolve the matter in a manner that satisfies both parties. We reserve the right to request that the matter be resolved through arbitration or mediation.

By making a purchase with us on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our return policy. You also understand that our products contain CBD (cannabidiol) and/or additional cannabinoids extracted from hemp.

Cancelled Orders

There is a $15 restocking fee for all shipping and delivery orders that are cancelled at the customer’s request. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We are unable to refund shipping, delivery, or service fees on orders cancelled at the customer’s request (due to error in ordering, failure to note delivery time/day, inability to show ID at time of delivery, etc.). The amount of these fees will be deducted from the refund total.

Customers who would like to cancel their order must do so within a 24-hour window. If an order is shipped after the customer has requested to cancel, the customer must initiate the returns process as soon as receiving the product. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Initiate Returns

Customers who wish to initiate the returns process should click HERE. Customers should have their order number and zip code available to look up their order. Returns can be initiated up to 15 days after the order ship date.

Note on Product Shipments

Hona CBD cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) for assistance.
